Place sugar on a plate. Dip the rims of 4 dessert glasses into the orange juice and then turn them in the sugar to create a sugar rim. Beat yogurt, juice of one lemon and remaining orange juice, orange liqueur and sugar in a baking bowl with a whisk and pour into the glasses. Place the orange fillets on top. Rinse the lime in hot water and cut into thin slices. Rinse the lemon balm and garnish the glasses with it.
