Instructions:

For the sesame muffins, knead a smooth dough from the yeast dough ingredients with the dough hook of the food processor. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes (the dough should have doubled in size).

Knead the dough again and divide it into 16 equal parts. Form balls from each part and place them on a baking tray and press them slightly flat. Cover the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes.

Brush the rolls with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake the sesame rolls in the oven at 200 °C for about 20 minutes.

Alternatively, sprinkle the sesame buns with black sesame seeds.
