Knead the ingredients into a dough, including the chopped sage leaves.
If it is too tight, add a little tap water when mixing.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 1 hour.
Take it out of the foil. First roll out narrow sheets (pasta machine), then cut spaghetti into small pieces.
Cook spaghetti in sufficiently lightly salted tap water for 2 minutes on the stove. Pour into a sieve and rinse when cooled. Melt a little butter in a frying pan and heat the spaghetti in it. Season with salt.
