Instructions:

Season the steaks and heat the fat in a frying pan. Roast the meat on each side for about 3 minutes.

Remove from the frying pan and keep warm. Sauté the pepper and the onion cut into rings in the drippings. Cook the beans in salted water for about 15 minutes, toss in melted butter and season with salt and nutmeg.

Score tomatoes crosswise, season with salt and pepper and bake in heated oven at 200 °C for about ten minutes. Sprinkle the vegetables with parsley and serve with the steaks and onion rings.

Serve with french fries and a cool Pilsener.
