For the Pull Apart Christmas Tree, roll out the pizza dough and cut out 23 round circles about 5 cm in diameter.
Place a mozzarella ball on each circle, now wrap the dough around the mozzarella and form balls.
Arrange the dough balls in 6 rows, starting with one ball and adding one more ball in each row. Two balls to the sixth row then add two balls in the middle as a trunk.
Bake the Christmas tree for 20 minutes at 180 °C top/bottom heat. Meanwhile, melt the butter, mix with salt, finely chopped parsley and a crushed clove of garlic.
Remove the Christmas tree from the oven and while it is still hot, pour the butter over it and serve the Pull Apart Christmas Tree.
