Prepare a mixture of minced meat with bell pepper, paprika, salt, an egg, breadcrumbs or squeezed rolls (I use oatmeal), a little chives and parsley, diced onions and crushed clove of garlic. Form 4 steaks from them and pass each one through the beaten egg. Fry in heated lard on both sides until golden brown. Heat the letcho in a saucepan and pour over the steaks, garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with toast and mashed potatoes or cucumber salad.
