A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Spread the rolled out yeast dough thinly with the curd cheese mixture. For this, mix sugar, butter and egg and add the curd. Prepare a vanilla pudding by mixing half of the pudding powder with a quarter of a liter of milk and 2 tablespoons of sugar and add it when cooled down. Add the remaining ingredients and stir heartily. Add the raisins soaked in rum or brandy. Remove peel from apples, cut into wedges, remove core, place in vinegar water to prevent browning. Rub dry.

Place tightly on top of the cake. Sprinkle minced almonds, raisins soaked in rum. Mix semolina and sugar, sprinkle thickly on cake and drizzle with melted light butter. Bake.

When completely cool, brush sufficiently with cooled butter melted at a low temperature. The butter must stand on the cake, formally sealing it. Only when the butter is firm, sprinkle thickly with powdered sugar.
