Instructions:

A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Mix eggs, milk and sugar. Add flour little by little. Brush a frying pan (24 cm ø) with oil and heat. From the dough in turn bakcne 7 pancakes.

Heat sugar and juice of one lemon until sugar is dissolved. Stir in rum, vanilla sugar, almond kernels and candied orange peel. Line a cake springform pan (24 cm ø) with parchment paper. Layer pancakes and filling alternately. End with pancakes. Refrigerate the cake for 8 hours.

Decorate. Makes about 12 pieces.
