For the chicken knuckles, stir the ingredients into a marinade, brush the chicken pieces with it and leave to marinate for about 2 hours.
Roast for about 45 minutes at 200° in the oven (or in summer: on the charcoal grill – at medium heat). Serve the chicken knuckles.
