For the sauce, finely dice peeled onion, garlic and ginger. Mix with vinegar, tomato ketchup, Worcester sauce, honey and mustard. Season to taste.
Thread marshmallows onto wooden skewers. Place kukuruz, ribs (repeatedly brushing with sauce), steaks and marshmallows on broiler. Brush kukuruz a few times with fat and season with salt. Season steaks with salt and colored pepper.
