Instructions:

For the chocolate ring cake, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.

Beat the yolks, soft butter and powdered sugar until creamy. Melt the cooking chocolate and mix in well the cooking chocolate, flour and baking powder.

Carefully fold in the snow and pour the dough into a greased and floured Gugelhupfform. Bake in the oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 45-60 minutes.

Let the Gugelhupf cool down and turn it out of the pan.

For the glaze, melt butter with cooking chocolate. Cover the Gugelhupf with the chocolate glaze and decorate as desired.
