Instructions:

For the bread dumplings with mushroom sauce, cut the bread into small cubes. Finely chop the onion and fry. Whisk warm milk with eggs, mix bread cubes with warm egg-milk and let steep.

Add onion, salt, parsley. Add flour and mix well to form a compact mass. Form the dumplings and boil them in salted water.
