Instructions:

Make the potatoes with the peel ten min in water. Saucisson make separately five min, prick all around. Cool both.

On top, a layer of potatoes should finish the whole give. Sprinkle with the remaining butter flakes and the remaining cheese. Pour the wine over everything and bake in the oven at 250 °C for fifteen minutes. Later reduce the temperature to 200 °C and cook for an hour.
