Instructions:

For the spread tree, first prepare the spread. To do this, finely dice the onion and garlic and sauté in olive oil. Drain on paper towels and let cool completely.

Drain the dried tomatoes and chop them. Wash the peppers, chives and parsley, pat dry and also chop.

Mix everything with the curd and cream cheese, season with salt and pepper if necessary. Refrigerate the spread for half an hour. Then form a cone on a plate and let it rest in the refrigerator for another half hour.

Meanwhile, prepare the decoration. Drain the olives, caper berries, anchovy rings and dried tomatoes well and pluck the rosemary needles.

Cut a star out of the cheese with a cookie cutter. Different colored olives look especially good.

Now carefully press all the decorative pieces onto the spread tree, stick the rosemary needles in between and finally place the cheese star on top of the spread tree.
