For the gourmet dessert, mix the curd cheese with milk and sugar.
Stir in the speculaas spice and Mozart liqueur as well. Crumble 1 speculoos cookie into each of 2 dessert glasses and fill with a layer of curd cheese.
Then fill each with 2 tablespoons of apricot roaster and crumble a Spekulatius cookie on top. Then fill in the last layer of curd cheese. Finally, crumble another Spekulatius cookie on top.
