Instructions:

Divide catfish fillet into 4 pieces and season with salt and pepper. Heat butter and olive oil in a coated pan and fry the catfish fillets on the skin side until crispy, i.e. hot. Place in the preheated oven and finish frying for about 6 minutes. Finely chop the wild garlic and garlic clove and lightly sauté together in a pan with olive oil and lift out. For the dressing, mix all the ingredients with a dash of water. Arrange the lettuces and wild garlic on plates, drizzle the dressing over them and place the finished fried fillets on top.
