Instructions:

For the rice loaves, wash the rice and cook in water seasoned with bay leaf, salt and pepper for approx. 25 minutes. Let cool slightly and chop in the Multiquick, if available.

Chop the onion, garlic cloves, chervil, dill and lovage and add to the rice with salt, pepper, eggs and the wholemeal breadcrumbs. Mix everything into a dough.

Form small flat loaves with your hands, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in hot coconut oil until golden brown on both sides.

Preparation Tip:

Mixed vegetables or leaf salad goes well with the rice patties.
